I created a personal website because a friend once told me: 

“You’re like Chandler on Friends. Nobody really knows what you do. We just know it’s steady, pays well, and sometimes you work a lot.” 

So, here’s what I do: I’m a professional rainmaker.

Currently I serve as Founder of The Seven Seedlings, where we help streamline & grow small professional services firms (think lawyers, consultants, clinicians). I’m also a Talent Optimization Architect, serving as a consultant to employers refining their talent acquisition and development practices.

I’m also a two-time successful entrepreneur, and a former cookie convention queen. (More on that later.)

I love helping small businesses, people leaders, and old friends.
